The Cabins
Fariss Farms provides you with a unique mountain cabin rental experience in the Appalachian Mountains of Southwest Virginia. You can indulge in a true mountain experience while staying in cozy renovated cabins where the scenery is beautiful, open and airy and the pace of life is slow.
Each cabin has an amazing story that starts over 150 years ago. The nostalgic feeling has been preserved in the renovations while providing you with modern amenities.
You can “get away” in the beautiful mountains of Virginia and experience their magical ability to soothe your soul. Start your adventure by coming to stay with Fariss Farms, continue it by: floating or paddling down the New River, biking the New-River Trail, driving the Blue-Ridge Parkway, visiting a winery, discovering the other nearby treasures of Southwest Virginia, taking an evening stroll through a pasture, getting together with loved ones, dipping your toes in the brisk creek water or just sitting on the front porch and watching the world go by as you forget your troubles and make new memories.
The Cabin
The Cabin is nestled on an old Railroad grade that meanders along a swift mountain stream known as Little Reed Island Creek. The cozy get away is in a secluded setting where you can be sure to get away from the world if you would like, as you are surrounded by pasture and forest with no neighbors in sight.
